Terms & Conditions – Pre-Launch Registration

1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of this website (the "Site") operated under the brand "Allah Ma'ak" ("we", "us", "our") and your registration to our pre-launch list. By using the Site or submitting the registration form you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site and do not submit the form.

2. Nature of the Site – no sale, no offer

The Site is a pre-launch information and registration page only. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, a binding quotation, a reservation, a pre-order or a contract for the sale of any product. Registration does not create any purchase obligation for you, and does not create any obligation for us to manufacture, sell, reserve, ship or deliver any product, at any time, at any price or in any country.

3. Images, videos and descriptions are illustrations only

All images, videos, renderings, animations, models, colours, sizes, materials, text, specifications and any other content on the Site are for illustration purposes only. Some content is digitally created or enhanced. The final product, if and when offered, may differ in any respect, including design, size, colour, finish, materials, packaging, chip content, appearance and specifications. No content on the Site is a warranty or representation of any kind.

4. No religious, spiritual or protective claims

The products are fashion jewellery. We make no religious, spiritual, healing, protective, blessing or other supernatural claims of any kind. The products are not amulets or talismans, are not a substitute for a printed Mushaf or for any religious practice, and are not approved, certified or endorsed by any religious authority unless expressly stated in writing. Any decision regarding the religious permissibility of wearing or using a product is solely your own responsibility. Out of respect, we recommend treating the product with care and removing it before entering a restroom.

5. Launch credit, discounts and promotions

Any credit, discount, coupon, gift, early-access benefit or other promotion mentioned on the Site or in any message (including the "€30 credit") ("Benefit"):

• is a goodwill gesture only, has no cash value, is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for money and does not create any right or entitlement;
• may be changed, reduced, limited, postponed, made subject to conditions (including minimum purchase, timing, country, product or quantity limits), or cancelled entirely, at any time, at our sole discretion and without prior notice;
• will be valid only if and when we launch, only on our official store, only for the period and under the conditions we will publish at that time, and only once per person, household, email address, phone number and payment method;
• may be refused or revoked where we suspect duplicate, false, automated or abusive registrations.

6. No commitment regarding launch, availability, price or delivery

We do not guarantee that we will launch at all, or the date, the countries, the products, the variants, the quantities, the prices, the shipping methods, the delivery times or any other terms of any future sale. All of these are at our sole discretion and may change at any time without notice. Any timeline or "coming soon" wording is an estimate only.

7. Your registration

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to register. You confirm that the information you submit is true, accurate and your own. We may refuse, delete or ignore any registration at our discretion.

8. Communications

By ticking the consent box you agree to receive messages from us about the launch, the Benefit, our products and offers by email, SMS, WhatsApp and/or phone. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us. Withdrawal may cancel the Benefit.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the brand name, logos, designs, images, videos and texts, is owned by us or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. The Holy Quran text itself is not claimed as our property.

10. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services (such as hosting, forms, analytics and advertising platforms). We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of third parties.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, loss of profits, loss of expectations or any other loss arising from or related to the Site, your registration, any Benefit, any change, delay or cancellation of the launch, or reliance on any content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the lowest amount permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law that applies to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or from false information you provide.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. The version published on the Site at any given time applies. Continued use of the Site or keeping your registration means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Future purchases

If and when products are offered for sale, separate terms of sale, shipping, returns and warranty will apply and will be published at that time. These Terms do not cover any purchase.

15. General

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and the registration. The Site is operated under the trade name "Allah Ma'ak" by Shahar Ozer, Israel (contact: shopallahmaak@gmail.com). In case of any conflict between language versions, the English version prevails.

Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Site is operated under the brand "Allah Ma'ak" ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described below. Contact: shopallahmaak@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

• Data you give us: first and last name, gender, email address, phone number, the product you prefer, your level of interest, and your consent choices (including the date and the version of the Terms you accepted).
• Data collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referral source, campaign parameters (UTM), approximate location derived from IP, and cookie or pixel identifiers.

We do not ask for, and you should not submit, sensitive data (such as religious beliefs, health or payment details). Your interest in our products is not treated by us as information about your religion, and we do not create profiles based on religion.

3. Why we use it (and legal basis)

• To manage your pre-launch registration and the launch Benefit (performance of your request).
• To send you launch updates, offers and marketing by email, SMS, WhatsApp or phone (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time). We first send you an email with a confirmation link (double opt-in) and only send marketing after you confirm. Every message contains an unsubscribe link.
• To measure and improve the Site and our advertising, and to prevent fraud and duplicate registrations (our legitimate interests).
• To comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.

4. Cookies and pixels

We and our partners (such as Shopify, Google, Meta and TikTok) may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies for site operation, analytics and advertising, including measuring ad performance and showing you relevant ads. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent first. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and through the platforms' ad preference settings.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and our communications, for example: Shopify (hosting), Google (forms, spreadsheets, email), Meta and TikTok (advertising and measurement), and email/SMS/WhatsApp providers. Access to your data is limited to the people who need it to run the pre-launch list. We may also disclose data if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of the business.

6. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in various countries, including outside your country of residence (for example in the United States). Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. The controller is established in Israel, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data.

7. How long we keep it

We keep registration data for as long as the pre-launch list and launch Benefit are relevant, and in any case no longer than 24 months after your last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law. Marketing data is deleted or suppressed when you withdraw consent.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing), and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any right, email shopallahmaak@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls and two-factor authentication on our accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and the authorities where required by law.

10. Children

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will delete the data.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on the Site applies.
